✨ What a whirlwind! ✨

We received a desperate call from a family who had purchased a puppy in Japan and patiently waited until Tucker was old enough to make his journey to the U.S. They had reserved a flight nanny service—only to be completely ghosted when it was time to make the trip happen. 😳

And unfortunately, Tucker’s departure preparations hadn’t been completed either. Vet visits, inspections, paperwork, timelines… none of it had been taken care of.

So we did what we do. ❤️

In just 3½ days, we pulled everything together, coordinated the necessary veterinary care and inspections, handled the logistics, and got Tucker in the sky and on his way home. ✈️🐾🇯🇵➡️🇺🇸

Because pet transport is about SO much more than buying a ticket and getting on a plane.

It’s knowing what needs to happen before the flight. It’s understanding the regulations. It’s coordinating the details. It’s anticipating the things that can go wrong—and knowing how to fix them when they do.

🐾❤️ Three more happy reunions are in the books, and our hearts are so full!

Apollo and Aurora, two beautiful Huskies, traveled with our amazing team from Charlotte all the way to Yokosuka, where they were finally back in the arms of their family.

Sweet June, a lovable Labradoodle, began her journey in Savannah with the help of Jason from Paws Up Express before meeting up with our flight nanny, Ethan, for the trip to Tokyo. From there, she continued on to her final destination in Okinawa.

These successful journeys are a reminder that pet transportation is truly a team effort. We’re incredibly grateful for every partner, driver, flight nanny, and supporter who works together to make these reunions possible.

Sometimes the best reunions just take a little detour. ❤️🐾

After being denied boarding on a previous military procured flight for high temps, this gorgeous long-haired tabby had one more adventure ahead of her. This time, she flew safely checked baggage from Okinawa to Tokyo, then in-cabin with Darren, where she was loved, monitored, and spoiled every step of the way.

The only thing better than a smooth flight? Watching her mom’s excitement at the end of it. 🥹

Travel delays happen, but giving up isn’t an option when a beloved pet is waiting to get home. We’re so happy this sweet girl finally made it where she belongs.
