We're incredibly proud to share that Songa Mobility has been ranked #15 in the Top 50 African Mobility Companies 2026 by MobilityX Africa! 🚜⚡

This recognition means a lot to us, not because of the number itself, but because of what it represents.

We're still a relatively small company in terms of vehicles on the road. Yet through years of careful thinking, continuous iteration, and close collaboration with farmers, we've built a rural mobility model that is now being recognised as one of Africa's leading mobility innovations.

The ranking assessed more than 250 companies across 15 African markets, evaluating Business Strength, Innovation, and Impact through an independent panel of industry experts. Importantly, it recognises not only current scale, but the potential and quality of the solutions being built.

At Songa, our mission has always been simple: use electric mobility to improve the livelihoods of rural communities. Every hub we deploy helps connect thousands of smallholder farmers to reliable markets, reducing transport costs, improving milk quality, and increasing farmer incomes.

This recognition belongs to everyone who has helped us along the way.

🥑 To all our avocado farmers,this success is because of you!

Our recent aggregation showed us what is possible when farmers put quality first from the very beginning of the season. The best fruits came from farms where proper care, timely management, and good harvesting practices were followed consistently.

One important lesson stood out clearly: export quality is not created during harvesting,it starts months earlier on the farm.

That is why we continue training and working closely with our farmers on:

✅ Careful fruit handling
✅ Understanding export quality standards

Apart from aggregation and first mile transport services, we also offer farm services designed to make farming easier, faster, and more productive for every farmer we work with.

🌱 Tiller
Our tiller helps farmers prepare land efficiently, reducing the time, effort, and cost of ploughing while ensuring the soil is well-prepared for planting.

🌾 Thresher
The thresher supports fast post-harvest processing by separating grains from crops quickly, helping farmers reduce losses and save valuable time during harvest.

🌽 Miller
The miller enables farmers to add value locally by processing produce into flour or animal feed, reducing transport costs and improving access to ready products.

🐄 Chaff Cutter
The chaff cutter improves livestock feeding by cutting fodder into small, uniform pieces, making it easier for animals to digest and supporting better milk production.

Through these solutions, we support farmers across the entire value chain—from production, to processing, to productivity.
