The Malindi–Watamu Beach Tourism and Real Estate is a strategic initiative spearheaded by KecomeX Business Club International in collaboration with Kehosa Investments LLC, KecomeX Holiday Homes, iTarget Media Communications, Borderless Hotels and Resorts, KecomeX Tours and Safaris, and A3MA International.

This initiative is designed to reboot and revitalize tourism, hospitality, real estate, and marine conservation in Kilifi County, Kenya, restoring Malindi and Watamu to their rightful position as premier global tourism destinations.
