UFS is seeking to recruit qualified candidates for the positions of:
Position title: Customer Service – 1 position
Category: Customer Service/Support, Business Administration, Communications
Closing date: 9-March-2012
Report to: Head Office

Location: Phnom Penh
Schedule: Full-time

Main Responsibility:
• Serve and keep good relationship with customer (face talking or phoning or mailing)
• Keep related documents
• Conception customer service
• Contact customer and agent/introducer
• Monthly prepare Sale reports and send it to Headquarter
• Cooperate with team members and others to achieve desired results and support business needs

Requirements:
• REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
o Excellent Chinese and English language skills – reading, writing, speaking and listening
o Management and reporting skills
o Knowledge of systems dealing with relevant applications, new business processes along with general PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook)
• REQUIRED PERSONAL STRENGTHS
o Hard working and hands on involvement in the operations
o Decisive and firm in decisions

Main Responsibility:
• Work closely with Sales Department in the Head Office to develop programs and quotations for local and all overseas clients
• Oversee and manage all incoming sales request from Head office and direct clients and allocate requests to the local Sales consultants
• Work closely with the Customer Care Manager to meet clients whenever required
• Oversees the inclusion of new suitable products into itineraries proposed by Head office or local Sales team, advice local sales team about product inclusion
• Prepare together with the General Manager a product update and send this out quarterly to all direct clients
• Prepare a monthly sales and progress report for the General Manager
• Actively lead correspondence regarding pricing and new products with (new) direct clients and maintain relationships.
