Delivery Schedule Update for Lightstick Ver. 4 (Batch 1) & Legal Action Against Malicious Sabotage
Hello,
First, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to all our clients who trusted us and joined the group order for the Lightstick Ver. 4 (Batch 1). We deeply appreciate your incredible efforts in securing funds rapidly to meet our supplier’s tight payment deadlines.
Today, we must deliver some very disappointing news regarding a delay in the Batch 1 shipment, alongside our firm stance on the malicious external interference currently targeting our business.
1. Delivery Schedule Change (Late July ➔ Scheduled for September)
The 11,000 units of Batch 1 we secured represented the manufacturer's entire production run. To ensure our clients received their items as early as possible, we completed full advance payments instantly. The stock was fully prepared and ready to ship by the end of July.
However, we recently discovered that external parties have fabricated and spread malicious, false rumors claiming that we violated our contract by leaking our supplier's identity.
While a joint verification between us and our supplier proved that no such leak ever occurred on our end, these persistent, malicious false reports caused the brand holder (H*BE) to react with extreme caution. Consequently, H*BE has temporarily held the late-July release of Batch 1, ordering it to be released in September together with the Batch 2 volume.
We are deeply devastated that the hard work of both our team and our clients has been disrupted by the jealousy and interference of third parties. Please rest assured that our inventory is fully secured and ready. We promise to process and ship your orders faster than anyone else the moment the stock is released in September.
2. Strict Legal Action Against Defamation and Business Interference
SERVICES started in 2019 with zero customers, operating as a simple consolidation service. Over the last 7 years, we have poured our blood, sweat, and tears into building this company from the ground up, establishing direct trust with major Korean suppliers and corporate owners to secure wholesale supply chains.
Fabricating rumors and submitting false reports to our suppliers and brand holders to sabotage our contracts is not just petty jealousy—it is a serious criminal offense. It constitutes Defamation by Public Utility of False Facts and Obstruction of Business, resulting in massive financial and operational damage to our company.
"We will no longer tolerate cowardly attempts to tear down a family business built on years of honest, hard work just to lift yourselves up."
We are treating this situation with the utmost severity. Our legal representatives are currently gathering all evidence, and we will pursue maximum civil and criminal legal actions against those responsible for these malicious rumors. There will be absolutely no leniency, settlements, or compromise.

Despite these unfair obstacles, we remain fully committed to protecting your funds and securing your items. We will keep you updated with complete transparency throughout this process.
