PLC operaed 1-Duty 1-Assist 1Standby DOL Pump Control Panel for Sewerage Pump Pit 2 (Hikkaduwa)at NWS&DB - RSC, Southern.

All the standard protections are included as shown in pictures.

Pumps operation is depended upon the water level detected by 3 Nos of Level Regulators( Float switches).

Pumps are alternating during operation to ensure equal running hours.

If one pump istripped during operation, system will automatically swittches on the next pump and once the fault is cleared, relevant pump will turned on switching off the standby pump.

This panel is with dedicated VFD for each pump. Schneder ATV312 VFDs are used with ATV71 HMI mounted in fron door for control and data display. Flygt Submerssible pumps are controlled via panel. Water is acquired from the pumps mounted in pontoon submerged in the river shown.
