Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un.
Surely, we belong to Allah, and to Him we shall return.

The Liberia National Truckers Union is deeply saddened by the passing of one of our founding members, a devoted leader, and former Board Chairman. He answered the call of Allah today, July 25, 2026 in Conakry, Guinea, where he had traveled to seek medical treatment. His departure is a profound loss to our Union and the entire trucking community.

As a founding member and former Board Chairman, he was instrumental in shaping the vision, unity, and progress of LINTU. His dedication, humility, and commitment to the welfare of truckers across Liberia will forever remain part of our history. He served with sincerity and left behind a legacy of leadership that will continue to guide us.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, loved ones, and the Muslim community. May Allah grant him Jannatul Firdaus, forgive his shortcomings, and comfort his family during this difficult moment.
