Today marks six years since I started PINK SAND CERAMICS!

This has been the most important journey of my life so far. I love working with clay every single day, and I love my studio so much.

It all started when I decided to move to the countryside from Vilnius and start working with clay again after taking almost a year's break after graduating from the ceramics BA program at the Vilnius Academy of Arts. I thought it would be temporary, but here I am, still in the same place six years later. Honestly, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life.

These past six years have been full of challenges, as well as so many incredible moments and opportunities. When I look back at where I started and where I am now, the quality of my pieces is like night and day. But there's still a lot of room to learn, improve, and create many more things I’m proud of.

I am grateful to myself for sticking with this dream and not giving up, and I'm most thankful for all of you who support my art. Thank you so much, and here’s to many more years to come!!!

The lovely pictures are from the most recent photoshoot my friend Vita did in my studio. She captured everything so beautifully, and I'm in awe of how cute my studio looks now - it's truly a dream come true!
