When people think about logistics, they usually picture trucks, routes, and cargo. But behind every successful delivery is a team of dedicated professionals who make it all happen.

Anna Butkevič joined VITLAIMA as a Transport Manager and, after three years of professional growth and consistently achieving excellent results, stepped into the role of Transport Team Leader. Artūras Tomkovidas followed a similar path, joining VITLAIMA as a Transport Manager and being promoted to Transport Team Leader after just one year, reflecting his dedication, outstanding performance, and leadership potential. Today, they lead teams responsible for coordinating international transport operations across Europe, supporting colleagues, solving challenges, and ensuring our customers receive reliable service every day.

Their journeys reflect something we truly value at VITLAIMA: when people grow, our teams grow - and so does the quality of service we provide.

Team lunch before the road ahead🍕

Last Friday, we took a moment to bring everyone together for a pizza lunch between driver training sessions and departures for upcoming routes.

Our drivers, transport managers, CEO, and HR team gathered around one table to connect, share experiences, discuss daily challenges, and exchange valuable insights. These conversations help us better understand each other's perspectives and strengthen the teamwork that keeps our operations moving smoothly across Europe.

VITLAIMA accepted the Pink Soup Break Challenge!

Today our office turned completely pink as the Vitlaima team joined the Pink Soup Break Challenge and celebrated the start of the Pink Soup Festival together!

We created our own Pink Zone at the office, where colleagues enjoyed a fun atmosphere, took photos in pink outfits, and even met a special guest - egg mascot. The highlight of the break was our Fortune Wheel, packed with Pink Soup Festival-themed prizes.

From pink accessories to lots of smiles, today's challenge was a great reminder that teamwork is about more than logistics and transport - it's also about creating memorable moments together.

A huge thank you to Go Vilnius for organizing this fun initiative and bringing the city together for one big pink celebration!

ECG China Delegation 2026

VITLAIMA was proud to participate in the ECG China Delegation 2026, where our representatives joined more than 80 industry professionals to explore the latest developments in automotive production and logistics in China.

Over three intensive days, the delegation included visits to Chery Automobile and the GEELY Zeekr Europe 5G Smart Factory, alongside knowledge exchange and strategic discussions shaping the future of global vehicle logistics, as well as participation in CALA 2026.
