Workland Group šī gada martā uzsāks sava otrā biroju centra - Workland Telegraph - iekārtošanu Rīgā, informē uzņēmumā.

Tas atradīsies vēsturiskajā telegrāfa ēkā Vecrīgā, Audēju un Kalēju ielas stūrī. Ēkas kopējo rekonstrukciju jau veic tās īpašnieks Nordic and Baltic Property Group, kopumā ieguldot 4,75 miljonus eiro. Darbus plānots pabeigt šī gada februāra beigās, un tad plānots uzsākt darbu pie telpu pielāgošanas koprades strādāšanas vajadzībām.

Nordic and Baltic Property Group uzņēmums Telegraph Offices saņēmis ilgtermiņa aizdevumu 4.75 miljonus eiro apmērā no SEB bankas Telegraph Offices blakus esošo ēku Vecrīgā, Audēju ielā 15 un Kalēju 48 renovācijai.

The renovated building will have 3 365 sqm of lettable area, all modern engineering solutions, advanced climate system, up to date access control system and computer network, fitting out will be made according to individual demand of each tenant.
