Today is Father’s Day. June is also Men’s Mental Health Month.
And while we celebrate the men who lead, provide, protect, and show up every day, let’s also make room to acknowledge that many men are carrying burdens they were never taught to put down.
Research suggests that travel can reduce stress, improve mood, increase creativity, and help combat burnout. Yet too many men wait until they’re exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected before choosing themselves.
So today, we’re proud of the men who said yes to Morocco. And we’re proud of every man who says yes to intentional rest, intentional healing, and intentional brotherhood. Proud of the men who know when to take a knee, when to step away from the noise, when to ask for help, and when to encourage a brother beside them to do the same. Proud of the men who understand that strength isn’t found in carrying everything alone—it’s found in knowing when to pause, reset, and allow yourself to be poured into, too.
Not because they needed an escape, but because they understood the importance of investing in themselves. Of stepping away from the noise. Of remembering that pouring into others starts with first pouring into yourself.
To every father, mentor, husband, brother, and friend: your mental health matters. Your peace matters. Your experiences matter.
Travel isn’t always a luxury. Sometimes, it’s therapy with a passport.
To the men watching from the sidelines, consider this your sign to take the trip next time.
M.E.N.
Motivate. Empower. Network.
Strong men. Strong minds. Stronger together.
