👉 Customer Service (M/F)
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the logistics team.
• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding shipments, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Track and trace shipments; provide real-time updates to customers.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and freight partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate unresolved issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service issues.
• Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
• Assist in processing returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor and follow up on backorders or delayed shipments.
• Provide administrative support to the logistics department as needed.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
👉 Sales & Marketing (M/F)
Job Res[ ponsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
• Promote company services such as sea/air freight, customs clearance, and inland trucking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
• Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up on sales activities.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Report on sales performance and market trends to management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or sales & marketing.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations in Myanmar and international trade.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English.

LCCI Level III (UK) passed.
Advance Excel
Manage accounts payable and receivable related to freight forwarding operations.
Prepare and process invoices for freight charges, customs duties, handling fees, etc.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Review and reconcile freight invoices with quotations.
Coordinate with operations, sales, and customer service teams for financial clarity on shipments.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting.
Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes.
