LIFT ရန်ပုံငွေ ထောက်ပံ့မှုနဲ့ ပေးအပ်တဲ့ မုန့်ဖုတ်သင်တန်း တက်ရောက်အောင်မြင်ပြီး နှစ်ပတ်မြောက်မှာတော့ ကချင်ပြည်နယ်က ဆိုင်းမန် တစ်ယောက် တစ်ရက်ကို ချိစ်ကိတ် ၁၀လုံးကနေ အလုံး ၂၀ ထိ ရောင်းနေရပါပြီ။ ဒါတောင် ပေါင်မုန့် ကွတ်ကီး စတဲ့ မုန့်လေးတွေ ရောင်းရတာကို ထည့်မတွက်ထားသေးပါဘူး။
"မုန့်ဖုတ်တာက ကျွန်မရဲ့ ဝါသနာပါ။ YouTube က ဗီဒီယိုတွေကြည့်ရင်း ကိတ်မုန့်ဖုတ်တာ၊ ကိတ်လုံးအသေးလေးတွေ နဲ့ အခြားမုန့်တွေ လုပ်တာတွေကို လေ့လာနေခဲ့တာပါ" လို့ ဆိုင်းမန် က ပြောပြပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့လည်း ငွေကျပ် ၂သိန်းကုန်ကျမဲ့ အသိအမှတ်ပြုလက်မှတ်ရ မုန့်ဖုတ် ပညာရှင်အဆင့် သင်တန်းက ဆိုင်းမန်နဲ့ သူ့မိသားစုအတွက် အလွန်များတဲ့ ပမာဏတစ်ခုဖြစ်တာကြောင့် သင်တန်းတက်ဖြစ်ဖို့က အိပ်မက်တစ်ခုပဲ ဖြစ်နေခဲ့ပါတယ်။
"အဲဒီလို မဖြစ်နိုင်တော့ဘူးလို့ ကျွန်မ တွေးထားတဲ့ ကိစ္စက LIFT စီမံချက်ကနေ လူငယ်တွေအတွက် အသက်မွေးပညာသင်တန်းတွေ ပေးအပ်နေတဲ့အကြောင်း သိပြီးရချိန်မှာတော့ ပျောက်ကွယ်သွားပါတယ်။ ချက်ချင်းပဲ လျှောက်လွှာတင်ခဲ့လိုက်တယ်" လို့ ဆိုင်းမန်က ပြောပါတယ်။ မုန့်ဖုတ်ပညာရှင်တွေ သင်ကြားပေးတဲ့ စာတွေ့ လက်တွေ့အပြင် မုန့်တိုက်တွေမှာလည်း ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုနဲ့ပတ်သက်တဲ့ စစ်ဆေးမှုတွေကိုပါ ဆိုင်းမန်နဲ့ သူငယ်ချင်းတွေက ရက်သတ္တပတ်ပေါင်းများစွာ လေ့လာသင်ယူခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။
သင်တန်းပြီးဆုံးအောင်မြင်ပြီးတဲ့နောက်မှာတော့ အရင်ကတည်းက မျှော်လင့်တောင့်တခဲ့ရတဲ့ အသိအမှတ်ပြုလက်မှတ် ရခဲ့ပြီဖြစ်တာမို့ မုန့်ဖုတ်ပညာရှင်တစ်ယောက်ဖြစ်ချင်ခဲ့တဲ့ သူရဲ့ ဘဝအိပ်မက်အတွက် နောက်တဆင့် ခြေလှမ်းနိုင်ခဲ့ပါပြီ။
"ကျွန်မရဲ့ မုန့်တွေကို အွန်လိုင်းမှာ ပထမဆုံး စပြီး ကြေညာခဲ့တဲ့အချိန်တုန်းက အောင်မြင်ပါ့မလားဆိုပြီး ကြောက်နေခဲ့မိသလို ယုံကြည်ချက်လည်း မရှိခဲ့ဘူး။ ဒါပေမဲ့လည်း စားသုံးသူတွေ ဆီက ကြိုက်နှစ်သက်ကြတယ်လို့ ပြန်ကြားရတဲ့အခါကျတော့ ပိုပြီးကောင်းအောင် လုပ်ဖို့ အားတက်မိတယ်။ ကျွန်မရဲ့ အကောင်းဆုံးလက်ရာက ချိစ်ကိတ်ပါ" လို့ ဆိုင်းမန်က ပြောပါတယ်။
လုပ်ငန်းသေးလေးတစ်ခုအနေနဲ့ စခဲ့ပေမဲ့ တစ်ရက်ပြီး တစ်ရက် ကြိုးစားအားထုတ်ခဲ့တဲ့ ဆိုင်းမန်ရဲ့ အွန်လိုင်းမုန့်ဆိုင်လေးမှာ ကိတ်မုန့်၊ ပေါင်မုန့် စတဲ့ အမျိုးအစားအတော်များများ ရနေပြီ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
စိုးထိတ်မှုတွေ၊ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ယုံကြည်မှုမရှိတာတွေနဲ့ စခဲ့ရတဲ့ ခရီးလမ်းလေးကနေ တဖြည်းဖြည်းချင်း ကြီးထွားလာတဲ့ စီးပွားရေး လုပ်ငန်းတစ်ခု ဖြစ်လာခဲ့ပြီမို့ ကိုယ်ပိုင်ဆိုင်လေးတစ်ခု ဖွင့်ဖို့ထိ ဆိုင်းမန် စဉ်းစားထားပါတယ်။ .....
Two weeks after graduation from a LIFT-supported baking vocational courses, Sai Man from Kachin sells between 15 to 20 cheesecakes a day! Smaller pastries don’t even count!
“Baking has always been my hobby and I have been watching many YouTube videos to learn baking cakes, muffins and other pastries,” recalled Sai Man. However, undertaking a professional course allowing to earn from baking remained a dream as the charges of 200,000MMK for a certified bakery training were unbearably high for Sai Man and her family.
“My dream was already fading away when I learned about the vocational courses for youth offered through a LIFT’s project, so I applied immediately!” said Sai Man. For several weeks, Sai Man and her peers were learning from professional bakers all the theory and science behind baking while putting their skills at test at private baking centers.
Successful graduation and a long-cherished baking certificate moved Sai Man another step closer to her life dream of being a baker.
“I was lacking confidence and was so scared of failure when I first advertised my products online, but all customer feedback was so positive that it inspired me to offer more produce, yet my signature is classic cheesecake!” said Sai Man.
“My dream was already fading away when I learned about the vocational courses for youth offered through a LIFT’s project, so I applied immediately!” said Sai Man. For several weeks, Sai Man and her peers were learning from professional bakers all the theories and science behind baking while putting their skills at test at private baking centres.
What began with tears of fear and unconfidence has now turned into a growing business as Sai Man is considering to launch her own shop.
