#特別票務安排颱風白海豚操作指引
因應颱風白海豚(DOLPHIN)逐漸逼近, 為方便受影響旅客更好地安排行程, 澳門航空現發佈涉及上海虹橋/上海浦東/杭州/寧波/溫州/南京/常州/台北/台中航線的特別票務安排，具體如下：
一、 適用條件
適用客票：適用於所有2026年8月6日 (含)之前訂座且開立或換開的澳門航空（675）票本填開的散客客票。
適用航班：客票行程涉及旅行日期為2026年8月8日(含)至2026年8月10日(含) 澳門（MFM）往來上海虹橋(SHA) / 上海浦東(PVG) / 杭州(HGH) / 寧波(NGB) / 溫州(WNZ) / 南京(NKG) / 常州(CZX) / 台北(TPE) / 台中(RMQ)的澳門航實際承運航班和掛NX航班號的代碼共用航班。
二、 適用政策
符合上述適用範圍，在客票有效期內可辦理變更或退票，具體如下：
客票變更
1. 免費辦理一次非自願變更航班日期，且允許變更航程，變更至原出發日期(含)前後30天內的航班，免收變更手續費、子艙位差價及淡旺季價差。
2. 再次變更、或變更至超過允許日期範圍的航班，需依據客票使用條件辦理。
可為旅客辦理非自願退票，免收退票手續費。已按上述原則辦理過變更的客票如申請退票需按客票使用條件辦理。
簽轉：不允許旅客簽轉。如旅客要求變更至其他承運人，建議原客票辦理退票後另購新票。
符合本通知適用範圍的客票，已在2026年8月6日（含）前完成變更或退票的，收取的手續費不予補退。
三、 退改渠道：聯繫原購票管道辦理。

As Typhoon DOLPHIN approaches, Air Macau has implemented special ticketing arrangements to help affected passengers adjust their travel plans. This policy applies to flights involving Shanghai Hongqiao/Shanghai Pudong/Hangzhou/Ningbo/Wenzhou/Nanjing/Changzhou/Taipei/Taichung as detailed below:
1.Applicable conditions
‧ Applicable period: Applicable to all Air Macau (675) FIT tickets that are booked and issued or exchanged on or before 06 August 2026 (inclusive).
‧ Applicable flights: The passenger ticket itinerary involves travel dates from 08 August 2026 (inclusive) to 10 August 2026 (inclusive), flights between MFM and SHA/PVG/HGH/NGB/WNZ/NKG/CZX/TPE/RMQ which are operated by Air Macau and codeshare flights with NX flight numbers.
2.Applicable policies
In line with the above scope of application, the ticket can be changed or refunded within the validity period, Details are shown below:
‧ Ticket changed
1)Apply for one involuntary change of flight date or itinerary with free of charge, and allows for changes to the flight 30 days before or after the original travel date (inclusive), free of change handling fee, sub-cabin fare and off-peak season fare difference.
2)Changes again, or changes to flights dates outside the allowed date scope, the policy shall subject to the change conditions of the ticket.
‧ Can handle involuntary refund for passengers, the refund handling fee is waived. If the tickets that have been changed according to the above principles, if you apply for a refund, you must handle it according to the conditions of use of the ticket.
‧ Transfers: Passengers are not allowed to transfer their tickets. If the passenger requests to change to another carrier, it is recommended that the original ticket be refunded and a new ticket be purchased.
‧ If the ticket conforming to the scope of this notice has been changed or cancelled before 06 August 2026 (inclusive), the handling fee will not be refunded.
3.Refund and change channels: Contact the original ticketing channel for handling.
