We had an absolutely fabulous day in Penang, Our guide, Lester, was amazing! He was full of information and interesting stories. He took us to the absolute best places and made sure we were in the front and center for everything. We could not have asked for a better day!

We had a fantastic day, our guide Lester was amazing. He took us to the usual tourist attractions that we wanted to see then took us to see the sights that tourists never see, his English was flawless and his knowledge exceptional.

...my association, Penang Heritage Trust, Penang Tourist Guides Association and Sun Yatsen museum is planning dr.Sun Yatsen's Penang trail, to celebrate this year 160th anniversary.

Between 1905-1911 he came to Penang 5 times to raise funds for his revolution. In 1910 visit, he moved his Tongmenghui party headquaters to the present SYS museum, 120 Armenian Street and launched the Kwong Wah Yit Poh newspaper.

Most enjoyable tour up to Penang Hill and the funicular
Didn't stick strictly to the itinerary but the reschedule worked well.
Lester was a good guide and gave us lots of information when we were on the hill. He also took us around Chow Jetty and told us the history of the area

Great day with Lester in Penang. A great intro to Penang. Lester was a knowledgeable, friendly, effusive host with excellent insight into both the history, culture and politics of the city. He guided us with an expert touch: when we went up to Penang Hill, Lester knew all the shortcuts and best vantage points for great pictures away from the crowds. He explained the history behind the neighboring Thai and Burmese as we walked through the halls. And he navigated the stalls at New World Park like the expert he is, bringing us to the best prawn noodles and char kwey teow there. Lester also gave us some valuable tips for the rest of our trip. A day well spent with someone who obviously loves his city. Highly recommended--

Service with a heart :
Our tour guide Lester was caring, enthusiastic & knowledgeable. He brought us to Penang Hill where our 3 & 1/2 year old son thoroughly enjoyed the furnicular ride up & down the hill. The views from the top were breathtaking! Along the way in our private car, Lester shared quite a few inside stories about Penang's history with us. And we also saw some famous street art along Armenian Street. Thank you Lester! Highly recommended:
