We will email you to verify your order once your order is placed. Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. We will include a detailed description of every item for the buyers to refer.
2. We currently accept orders from Malaysia and Singapore only.
3. We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from our place.
4. All items will be delivered only after the payment has been made. Once received and checked, we will send out your order within 7 business days.
5. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as our courier service requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest courier office and you will have to collect it yourself there. Please understand that shipment can sometimes be delayed due to weather, customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Our services are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Whoever pays first will get the product first. If items are no longer available, we will contact you and refund you the total amount.
7. All information provided to us will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.
8. We reserve the right to make changes on our site, policies and the terms & conditions at any point of time.

• Customer will need to bear the risk for all pre-order items. We will not held responsible for complaints related to personal preferences such as “different color, not as nice as imagined, too small, too big” etc.
• We will only accept returns if the product has obvious defects such as more than 3cm stain, holes or items were sent out wrongly by us. Return postage will be borne by customer, Earthprint will only bear the postage for new replacement item.
• Due to setting of the computer or tablet monitor, colors might be slightly different with the picture posted.
• Please DO NOT place orders if you are unable to wait for the shipment to arrive. Once orders are placed they are NOT REFUNDABLE. However if item is out of stock we will refund back the full amount.
• Buyers will need to pay additional delivery charges when packages are return to us due to incomplete/wrong address given or non-collection from the post offices within the stipulated time.
