Kontena Nasional successfully conducted the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Accident Investigation training on 8–9 July 2026 at the HQ Training Room, attended by 28 participants from Operations, Safety, Maintenance, and relevant support teams.

Over the two-day programme, participants were equipped with practical investigation techniques using RCA tools such as the 5 Why Analysis and Fishbone (Ishikawa) Diagram to identify the underlying causes of accidents, incidents, near misses, and operational issues.

By strengthening investigation capabilities and promoting a proactive approach to safety, the training supports Kontena Nasional's commitment to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and a safer workplace for all.

The KN Leadership Development Program (Cohort 2) reached a significant milestone with the successful completion of its latest cohort on 11 June 2026.

More than a training initiative, the program challenged 26 participants to translate leadership concepts into tangible business improvements through Kaizen Mini Projects. Rooted in the philosophy of continuous improvement, these projects encouraged participants to identify workplace challenges, implement practical solutions, and create measurable value for the organization.

During the final presentation session, participants showcased their improvement initiatives to the Management team and Heads of Department, who provided valuable feedback and insights while recognising the leadership qualities, creativity, and problem-solving capabilities demonstrated throughout the program.

The journey concluded with a certificate presentation ceremony, celebrating not only the participants’ successful completion of the program but also their commitment to driving positive change and operational excellence within the organization.

As KN continues to invest in leadership development, the program serves as a platform for strengthening leadership capabilities, fostering innovation, and empowering employees to contribute meaningfully to the organisation’s growth and transformation journey.
