Due to the COVID-19 outbreak in Zhejiang, Yiwu, the local pandemic prevention and control center has implemented enclosed management. From 4/8/2022 onwards, the operation at Zhejiang, Yiwu Warehouses will be suspended until further notice.
The warehouses will not be able to receive and send parcels, customers are advised to contact the supplier to prevent sending the parcels to the affected warehouse until further notice.
Guangzhou warehouse is not affected, but it may be in the future due to the pandemic.
The latest updates will be posted on our social media and website. For further inquiries, kindly contact our customer service. Thank you for your patience and kind understanding. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Our Guangzhou warehouse was previously closed due to government lockdown order and the warehouse will be back to normal operation starting 25/6/21. Our temporary Guangzhou warehouse will stop its operation after 26/6. Please send your shipments to the original warehouse address (view website for details).
Other shipments that are on their way to the temporary warehouse are advisable to notify your supplier to change the delivery address if the shipments will not be delivered by 26/6/21.

A lot of merchants are unable to display the full ID at the Consignment Note, and warehouse is unable to identify owners of the parcels. We will change our ID header effective from today - we will get rid of PML and retain BSP-###x. Please inform the merchants about this or make the changes yourself, Thank you.
From 22/6/2021 onwards, the Item fee of small packages will be adjusted. If the package is smaller than 0.1 cubic meters, an additional RM5 will be charged per item, thank you.
We rented a temporary warehouse at Foshan on 1/6/2021. But due to huge amount of parcel receiving, in order to ensure the smooth progress of receiving and loading, we rented another larger temporary warehouse. All processed orders from today onwards will be sent to our new temporary warehouse until further notice.
