Nekkov is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong commercial acumen and excellent interpersonal skills who is passionate about driving business growth and building lasting client relationships. The successful candidate will actively engage customer prospects and deliver tailored solutions that support revenue growth, customer acquisition, and long-term profitability.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Professionally present, promote, and sell Nekkov services to existing and prospective customers using sound sales strategies
β’ Prepare, manage, and submit accurate quotations and sales documentation
β’ Establish, develop, and maintain strong, long-term business and customer relationships
β’ Proactively resolve customer queries, challenges, and complaints to ensure optimal satisfaction
β’ Consistently achieve agreed sales targets and performance outcomes within set timelines
β’ Collaborate effectively with internal teams and departments to support sales initiatives
β’ Provide management with regular reports on customer needs, market trends, competitive activity, and opportunities for new services
β’ Drive continuous improvement through performance feedback and professional development
Minimum Requirements
β’ Proven experience as a Sales Representative (minimum 5 years)
β’ Strong working knowledge of MS Office
β’ Practical experience in Airfreight, Road Freight, Ocean Freight, and exposure to the Oil & Gas sector
β’ Highly motivated, target-driven individual with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales results
β’ Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
β’ Strong planning, prioritization, and time management abilities
β’ Proven ability to build and maintain professional business relationships
β’ Open to feedback with a commitment to continuous
improvement
