Kemanya Logistics & Freight Services is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Walvis Bay, Namibia. 🇳🇦

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing our day-to-day logistics operations, including clearing & forwarding, port operations, transportation, cross-border logistics, shipment coordination and client service.

🔹 Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management or related field
• 5–10 years’ relevant logistics experience
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance & port operations
• ASYCUDA World experience is an advantage
• Cross-border/SADC logistics experience
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments
