We started the year 2020 with this amazing solution for a family of 5.
Problem was that they had only a 15x15m (50x50ft) piece of land which we normally call half plot of land.

solution: We were able to design a 5 bedroom duplex with 3 rooms ensuite, parking space for 2 cars and sizeable kitchen kitchen and store attached.

outcome: problem solved.

When we are not in the design studio then we are at one of my construction sites working , serving our clients.

, we have altered and improved many lifestyles with our unique style of Architecture which includes the psychology underlining Architecture. We see the whole picture from a vantage point.

We call it an "ecocentric architecture ".

Currently we have taken our team to IMO State to do another passionate work of Architecture and off course the " eccentric architecture " way.

This particular work is dear to us because the client wants some key family heritage and memories to be preserved while we demolish and do a modern piece.
