We are looking for a professional and highly organised secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to the organisation. The ideal candidate will manage correspondence, maintain schedules, organise meetings, and handle confidential documents, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, type, and manage official correspondence and reports.
Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical).
Handle phone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and professionally.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Support in reviewing and vetting contracts and official documents.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree / HND in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience as a Secretary.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
Excellent communication, organisational and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and discretion with confidential matters.
Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
