RESTAURANT MANAGER
We are looking for a results-driven Restaurant Manager to meet sales goals by hiring and training competent staff, overseeing kitchen operations, and motivating staff during busy hours. The Restaurant Managers will also be responsible for making needed changes to the menu, ordering ingredients for the kitchen staff, gathering feedback from customers and promote sales.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House Restaurant operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Keep customers happy and respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
• Organize schedules and supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

Requirements and skills
To be successful as a restaurant manager you must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as experience in a restaurant environment. A good restaurant manager is able to multitask and remain calm in stressful situations
• HND/BSc Degree in Business Administration; Hospitality Management or Culinary Schooling or other related discipline
• Certificate of Graduation from a recognized Catering School
• Minimums of 3 years proven experience as a Restaurant or Hospitality Manager or similar role
• Proven Customer Service Experience as a Manager
• Extensive Food and Beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff

We are looking for a Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. He/she will be responsible for maintaining our brand’s online presence and sales by working on various marketing campaigns. Their duties shall include researching, strategizing with other professionals and creating content for successful campaigns.
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

FRONT DESK OFFICER/ SECRETARY
Responsibilities
He/She will manage front office activities which shall include:
• Receiving of guest/customers
• Answering of phone calls and inquiries.
• Ad hoc administrative duties and other reception duties.
• Provide consistent quality service to customers physically, by phone or email
• Handle inquiries, suggestions, feedback and complaints in a professional and positive manner

RESTAURANT CASHIER
We are searching for a friendly and professional restaurant cashier to join our restaurant staff. As the first point of contact, you will greet and assist customers as they enter our restaurant.
In this position, delivering outstanding customer service will be your main objective. Additional responsibilities include processing food orders, cleaning public spaces, and packaging orders. The ideal candidate will be friendly, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and help determine their orders.
• Process customer orders and record them in the restaurant database.
• Relay customers’ orders to the kitchen staff.
• Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
• Accept cash and return the correct change.

CHEFS
We are looking for a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu, and will cook dishes that will delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery.
An excellent cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important. The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our clientele.

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)

Waiter/Waitress responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bill. • Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
