Here’s a closer look at the work we carried out on the cutter Elise from 1907.
-We tuned the standing rigging
-Made new sheets and pendants for the fore course and the jib,
-Fitted a jib halyard stretcher,
-Installed lazy jacks for the mainsail.
And of course, we enjoyed spending time with her fantastic crew.

Nice winter project to be a part of here in Nova Scotia, working for on building two new masts for the Dave Westergaard 48-foot Lunenburg Schooner, sister to Martha Seabury. We are now working on mounting the last blocking for the foremast and installation of piping for the masts inside wirering, before we glue it all together. Next week we start milling the first staves for the 52-foot mainmast. Check out all their cool projects on and webside.

Nice winter project to be involved in here Nova Scotia, working for on building two new hollow masts for Dave Westergaards 48-foot Lunenburg schooner - sister to Martha Seabury. We are now in the shop working on the last bit of blocking and installation of inside piping for the masts wirering. Next week we start milling the first staves for the mainmasts.

Clapping on some seizings on a 26mm fore stay for nice to get to do some seizings again. But the blazing heat was something else. 4mm seizing wire
