Youth for Disaster Risk Reduction - YDRR disaster, climate and environmental hazards and youth capacity building for leadership development.

Founded in 2011 with the vision of building safer and disaster resilience nation through youth mobilization, YDRR, a youth lead campaign has been actively working in its thematic areas i.e. YDRR places youth empowerment, resiliency and well-being in the heart of its approach, believing that sustainable use of natural resources for their well being and to live in disaster risk free environment is t

he fundamental right of youths and children. Under the secretariat and technical guidance of ECO-Nepal, YDRR initiates different intervention for DRM such as sensitization and awareness; advocacy and coordination; event organization and facilitation in orientation; and distribution of wide variety of Information Communication and Educational (IEC) materials.
