Oh Hello! I have been on a bit of a hiatus... for the past 3+ years... but am back with some wheat bags for you!!

I am off to Europe in a few months... so have whipped up some wheat bags to keep you warm over the winter months... and help me pay for my Scandinavian exploration!

For something a little bit more quirky - these scandinavian animal wheat bags will add some difference to your bed!

Made from 100% Marimekko Cotton, designed by Sanna Annukka, they vary in size and weight. Reinforced with double-machine stitching and machine-stitched closed.

Backed in 100% black and white striped cotton.

Not only is it an excellent for snuggling up to, but looks great next to your bed or on the bookshelf!

If you wish - I can restuff and fill with craft polyfill... just let me know!

Ruby the Rabbit is back! She first popped out of the burrow in 2013 and now she's making a comeback!

Ruby the Rabbit will certainly brighten up your bed, shelf, handbag or wherever she can create her new burrow!

Made from 100% Cotton with hand-sewn felt detailing, she stands at 20cm tall and 14cm wide (her main wheat body) and is jam packed with organic wheat (900grams!). Reinforced with double-machine stitching and hand-stitched closed, she will provide many nights of warmth!

She a hand-made wheat bag that is filled with wheat and is excellent whether hot or cold!

Not only is it an excellent for snuggling up to, but sits propped up on a bookshelf or bedside table when not in use!

Wee bit of an update....

In a couple of weeks I start a full-time job which unfortunately won't leave much time for Feltgood or weekend markets... so while I progress into work I will still be around and posting other craft projects etc that I am working on - so if you are interested - hang around!

By mid-year I will be working out if I will start selling again - need to ensure I have the work/life/craft balance down to a fine art!

Hey - sorry for lack of posts! Have finally finished moving into our new flat in Auckland (although today we decided to go and impulse buy another couch, which will arrive next week), so thought I would share some pictures!

In other news... I have landed a full-time day job which I will be starting in a couple of weeks, so will have an update on the going-on's of Feltgood in the next week and I am also looking forward to heading back down to CHCH to check out the EIFS before I start work!

Went shopping today.... Was hard deciding between a Janome and the new limited edition Singer - but this includes the quilting parts and is in apparently a better machine!

Good morning! Ah got to love that Sunday sun!!

Just to give you an update on Feltgood....

As many of you may know, I am moving to Auckland in the next fortnight! We are heading up north from Wednesday to Sunday to locate a rental property, then will head back, pack as much as we can into two cars and be on our merry way!

So with the move and *fingers crossed* a full-time job on the way - Feltgood is going to be in a hiatus for the time being.

I know she will make her comeback, as one of my first purchases in Auckland will be a new sewing machine!

It's important that I find the balance between work, fun and creativity - so that is my goal for the next few months.

I will still be creating and no-doubt with a new rental property, I will need to add my creative crafty touch - so I will continue my blog - www.jessicamolony.tumblr.com - which you are more then welcome to stop by and will I be posting some links to this Feltgood page.
