Stuart Drummond Transport is seeking an experienced and reliable Excavator Operator to join our team. This role involves operating a grapple excavator to safely lift and load trailers back onto empty log trucks in a busy port environment. ( based at Port Nelson )⚓

💼 What we offer:• 💰 Competitive hourly rate. • 📅 Monday to Friday• ⏰ 3:00am – 3:00pm shifts• 📌 Fixed-term position with stable hours

Proven experience operating an excavator with a grapple attachment
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to handle early starts 🌅

We are seeking experienced logging truck subcontractors to support a major windblow recovery operation. Work is available immediately and secured through to the end of the year.

What’s included:
✅ Ferry crossings covered

✅ Flights home every 3 weeks covered

Requirements:
▪️ 9-axle units preferred
▪️ Proven forestry / log transport experience
▪️ Ability to commit to long-term recovery work through to year-end

This is a well-supported, high-volume operation with strong backing and consistent, ongoing work guaranteed and fuel adjusted rates on a monthly basis.
