From dog-walking neighbours to AF2M 💚 customers! 🐾
We officially met Matt and his wife Lisa when they got in touch to book their move. But unofficially? We'd already crossed paths with Matt plenty of times while he was walking his dog past our house or coming out of the reserve across the road. Thanks to our dogs, let's just say there wasn't exactly time for introductions! LOL 🐶🐶
So, it was super nice when Matt called to book and told us the story behind it. He mentioned that they lived just down the road, had seen our vans parked on Summerhill Drive, and knew that when the time came for them to move, AF2M💚would be the ones he'd get in touch with! 🥹
How cool is that?!
We are so grateful you both did, Matt and Lisa! It was an absolute blast getting to know you both properly and being trusted to take care of your move.

Our friend Jude!
As mentioned in an earlier post, we were lucky enough to be a part of Jude and her sister Janet’s move. If I remember correctly, this was after Janet’s move, and the next time I saw these two lovely ladies was when I was collecting their boxes.
Of course, I had to have a sneaky peek at their lovely new home while I was there! 🥰 It was so nice to catch up, even if only briefly, and see them both again.
We hope you are both settling in beautifully, enjoying your new space and, most importantly, looking after each other. ❤️

We had the pleasure of meeting Stephen & Helen when they were looking for movers for their big move south.
Lucky for AF2M 💚, we must have made a good impression because when it was Mum Zoe’s turn to move, Helen reached out to us again! 🥰
We really do try to make the moving process as easy and stress-free as possible for all of our movers, especially when it comes to those longer-haul moves.
Communication is a huge part of that for us. Keeping everyone updated on our movements throughout the day means our movers know what’s happening, where we are, and what to expect, and hopefully keeps those stress levels down a little too! 😊
Thank you, Stephen & Helen, for trusting us with not only your move but Mum's move too. We really did feel part of the family during these moves.
