The NZLA App is now live on the App Store! 🥳

For those of you who are already NZLA app members, you can now access everything directly through the app, including the NZLA Forum, Lawn Journal, calculators, soil temperatures, GDD tracking and all the other tools available as part of your membership.

You don’t need to be a member to use the app shop either. The NZLA Shop is available to everyone and has been specifically streamlined for mobile. It’s super easy to browse the full NZLA range, place an order and pay directly from your phone.

You can also access your account and view your previous orders, making it really quick and convenient to reorder the products you regularly use.

So whether you’re using the membership features, keeping track of your lawn, chatting on the forum, or simply wanting an easier way to shop NZLA from your phone, it’s all now in one place.

Making some really good progress with the NZLA app. Still a fair way to go, but some big updates are coming soon.

Stories are on the way, similar to what you see on Instagram, which should make it much easier to share quick lawn updates, photos, applications and progress shots.

The NZLA shop is also being added directly into the app, which is going to be a game changer. Your details will already be saved, so ordering products will be extremely streamlined, basically a quick buy now process without having to re-enter everything each time.

We’re also working on a Lawn AI assistant within the app, which should be really useful once live.

Category filtering inside the app is also coming soon. You can already use categories on the website view, but native app filtering should hopefully be landing sometime next week.

Once the shop is fully integrated into the app, we’re also looking at offering lower free shipping thresholds for app subscribers. We will also very likely be discontinuing the current points system and moving towards app subscriber focused rewards instead. I’m still working through exactly what that will look like.

For anyone who has accumulated points already, don’t worry, those won’t disappear. We’ll convert them into vouchers for everyone to use over the next couple of years.

As I’ve mentioned a few times before, in the final stages the app will move onto the App Store properly, but not until the project is 100% finished and where we want it to be.

Really happy with how everything is progressing. Plenty more updates and improvements coming over the next couple of weeks.

As we head into the cooler months, boggy patches and struggling areas in the lawn start to become a real problem.

But not every lawn needs heavy machinery dragged across it. That’s where targeted aeration makes sense.

Instead of doing the whole lawn with bulky equipment, a handheld aerator lets you focus only on the problem areas, the high traffic zones, the dry patches, the spots that just aren’t responding.

Less disruption. Less damage. More control.

Transform your lawn care routine with our premium lawn corer! Crafted locally, it is the perfect tool for every gardener. Order yours now!

Last chance to get your granular slow release down before winter. Once soil temps drop, uptake slows right off, what you put down now is what carries the lawn through.

All Seasons is the go-to this time of year, lower nitrogen, longer slow release, plus 5% iron for a nice green up without pushing growth.

NZLA Professional Turf-Grade Fertiliser delivers fast greening, balanced NPK nutrition and 6–8 weeks of steady feeding for healthy NZ lawns.

NZLA Pe*****te

This easily makes it into my top five favourite NZLA products. It’s what I’m always reaching for when heavy rain is forecast, just a product that works flawlessly.

Check out this customer’s new RSR lawn, just 6 days in from sowing 👌

Great early strike and nice even germination across the area. This is exactly what you want to see at this stage.

NZLA RSR is built for performance, strong wear tolerance, great density, and the resilience to handle drought and frost. If you want a perennial ryegrass that holds up under pressure and still looks sharp, this is it.
