Situated at the end of a quiet Cul-de-sac, with a council reserve next door, it truly is an amazing place to kick your feet up after a long day enjoying all the activities the region has to offer.

Just a short 5 minute walk to the lake, Te Moenga Reserve is just down the road, offering a boat ramp as well as a great spot to enjoy the kayaks and Stand up Paddleboard that are free for guests to use.

In the garage you’ll find a Pool Table as well as pull out couches to accommodate a couple of extras, and with plenty of off street parking, the home is ideal to accommodate larger families or 2 families travelling together.

Never a bad spot on a deck this big - beer around the leaner with your mates, a family dinner for 10 at the table - or perhaps shut the louvres, crank up the heater and cuddle up on the couch with your fave at night and watch the city lights with a glass of Red
