Over the past several days, we've completed one of the most significant milestones since launching Spidi Lift Solutions.

Our concept website has undergone a comprehensive review and redevelopment, evolving from a simple concept site into a professional investor platform designed to communicate our vision, operating model and long-term growth strategy.

Every page has been carefully refined to create a consistent journey—from introducing the challenges facing modern construction and infrastructure projects, through our specialist operating model, to the investment opportunity and secure due diligence process available to qualified investors.

Key improvements include:

* Complete review and refinement of every website page.
* Consistent branding, messaging and visual identity throughout the site.
* New infographics explaining our operating model, growth strategy and investment opportunity.

Development Update – Investor Portal Now Live

This week marks another important milestone in the development of Spidi Lift Solutions with the completion of our dedicated Investor Portal.

The portal has been designed to support prospective investors throughout the due diligence process by providing a structured and transparent overview of the business. It brings together our Business Plan, Financial Forecast & Due Diligence Report, Interactive Cashflow Stress Tester and supporting investment information into one secure location.

To protect commercially sensitive information, access to the Investor Portal is available following the completion of a Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). This approach allows us to share detailed information while safeguarding the Company's intellectual property and future business strategy.

# Development Update #5: The Demand Already Exists

One of the questions we're often asked is:

**"How do you know there is demand for Spidi Lift Solutions?"**

The answer is simple.

**Because the demand already exists.**

Spidi Lift Solutions has been developed from years of practical experience delivering specialist lifting services throughout the Coromandel. During that time, we worked alongside builders, engineers, steel fabricators, infrastructure contractors and local businesses on projects where access, precision and reliability were critical.

As part of preparing for launch, we recently revisited the letters of support and feedback received from industry partners. While these were provided for our previous operation, the message was remarkably consistent.

The region continues to need specialist lifting capability.

Our industry partners highlighted several common themes:

• Local access to specialist lifting equipment reduces project delays, travel costs and uncertainty.

• Modern architectural homes, hillside developments, infrastructure projects and marine work increasingly require lifting solutions capable of operating where conventional equipment is not always practical.

• Access to specialist lifting capability helps projects remain economically viable while supporting local builders, contractors and suppliers.

What stands out most is that these observations came independently from businesses working across different sectors of the construction industry.

**A Better Way to Solve Access Challenges**

One of the questions I've been asked recently is, "Why build Spidi Lift Solutions this way?"

The answer comes from experience.

While operating Mercury Bay Hi-Ab Services, one observation kept standing out to me. Our truck decks spent much of their time sitting idle while the crane did the real work. That simple observation led me to rethink the traditional operating model and ultimately became the foundation for Spidi Lift Solutions.

Update: Why Spidi Lift Is Taking a Different Approach

One of the questions I've been asked is why I am pursuing investment before launching Spidi Lift Solutions rather than simply starting small and building again.

The answer comes from experience.

Before developing Spidi Lift Solutions, I founded and operated Mercury Bay Hi-Ab Services. Starting with no customers and limited capital, the business grew to more than $636,000 annual revenue and generated over $2 million in cumulative revenue during its operating life. The business proved there was demand for specialist lifting and transport services throughout the Coromandel and surrounding regions.

However, proving demand and building a successful operation are not always the same thing.

One of the biggest lessons I learned was that growth alone does not guarantee long-term success if a business becomes constrained by capital. As equipment requirements increased and opportunities expanded, the challenge was no longer finding customers. The challenge became securing the capital required to support growth, maintain flexibility, and continue investing in the business.

Looking back, I don't believe Mercury Bay Hi-Ab Services should have had to close its doors. The demand existed. The customers existed. The work existed. What ultimately became difficult was accessing the level of support required to continue growing the business in a sustainable way.

That experience has directly shaped the approach being taken with Spidi Lift Solutions.

Rather than starting under-capitalised and attempting to grow into the opportunity, the goal is to establish the business with the equipment, working capital, and operational platform required from day one. The objective is not simply to purchase machinery. It is to build a properly capitalised business capable of supporting customers, staff, and future growth without repeating the same constraints experienced previously.

Spidi Lift Solutions is built on lessons learned through real-world experience. Many of the assumptions within the business plan, operational model, and growth strategy have been shaped by what worked, what didn't, and what could have been done differently.

Sometimes success isn't about starting again from scratch. Sometimes it's about taking everything you've learned and building something stronger from the beginning.
