Some time ago, Annette visited Peru for the first time with one of her daughters to discover Cusco and the magic of the Andes. Today, she has returned—this time with her other daughter, Cara, and her wonderful family—to create new memories filled with history, nature, and authentic experiences.

💛 There is no greater compliment than welcoming back travelers who choose to return.

Over the next few days, we’ll explore the Sacred Valley of the Incas, connect with local communities, discover ancient traditions, and let the Andes remind us that the greatest journeys are measured not by the miles we travel, but by the people we meet and the memories we create.

🇵🇪✨ The most important ingredient wasn't in the dish—it was the knowledge that was shared.

At Inti Churín Perú, we believe that tourism creates its greatest impact when it empowers the communities that welcome us into their homes.

Today, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Marea – Barra Cevichería for leading an inspiring culinary workshop for the women of the Tinkuy Community in Cuyo Chico, Pisaq, located in Peru's Sacred Valley.

👩‍🍳 During this special training, they learned how to prepare delicious Trout Ceviche and Nikkei-style Ceviche, combining professional culinary techniques with the incredible local ingredients they already have: fresh trout from nearby lagoons, Andean corn, onions, and produce grown in their own fields.

This was much more than a cooking class. It was an exchange of knowledge, culture, and inspiration. Every new skill learned represents another opportunity for the community to enrich the authentic experiences they offer to travelers from around the world.

🌿 When you visit the Tinkuy Community, you don't simply enjoy a meal—you become part of a living cultural experience where you can:
✨ Cook alongside local families using fresh Andean ingredients.
🏺 Discover the beauty of traditional ceramic art.

Some people travel to see new places.

Kristin, a nurse from Boston, USA, dedicates part of her time each year to traveling around the world, bringing hope and joy to children with cleft lip and palate.

🇵🇪 This is her second visit to Peru and her second time in Cusco.
But this time, she chose to experience it at a slower pace, connecting more deeply with the spirit of the Andes.
