In 2004, five-year-old Xu Yanfeng boarded an airplane for the very first time. Like many excited children, he was curious about everything around him. During the flight, he had a photo taken with a friendly China Eastern Airlines flight attendant named Fang Xuan. It was a simple picture, and neither of them could have imagined how special it would become years later.

Fifteen years passed. Xu grew up with a dream of working in aviation. As a third-year student at the Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China, he began his internship with China Eastern Airlines in 2019.

One day, while meeting the airline's staff, Xu saw a familiar face. It was Fang Xuan, the same flight attendant who had taken a photo with him on his first flight as a little boy. He recognized her immediately. To his surprise, Fang also remembered the young boy from that flight years earlier.

After learning about their heartwarming connection, the airline arranged for Xu to complete his internship under Fang's guidance. What had started as a chance meeting on an airplane had come full circle.

To celebrate the moment, Xu and Fang recreated the same photograph they had taken 15 years earlier. The new photo was placed beside the old one, showing how much Xu had grown while Fang looked remarkably unchanged.

The touching story quickly spread across the world. Millions of people loved seeing the reunion and admired the special bond created by one small act of kindness. It became a reminder that even a simple moment can leave a lasting memory and bring people together many years later.
