Are you an experienced transport operations professional with strong skills in fleet scheduling, container tracking, and yard coordination?

Hi-Lift Company Ltd is expanding its Transport team in Port Moresby!
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Fleet Coordinator to manage daily heavy vehicle allocations, monitor vessel schedules, coordinate customer deliveries, and oversee container yard stock.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily fleet allocations and coordinate heavy vehicles for scheduled transport tasks.

Monitor live vehicle movements via GPS fleet tracking and two-way radio systems.

Liaise with shipping agents, workshop personnel, and clients regarding container movements and backloading.

Oversee container yard management, stock levels, and perform fortnightly stocktakes to prevent demurrage charges.

Coordinate transport documentation including Bills of Lading (BOL), Gate Passes, and Interim Receipts.

Maintain the daily Dispatch Register and ensure full compliance with workplace safety standards.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience in transport operations, fleet coordination, or container yard management.

Strong knowledge of local road haulage, shipping schedules, and container tracking systems.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills under tight operational deadlines.

High level of accuracy in record-keeping and documentation verification.

Proficiency in fleet management tools and Microsoft Office.
