Like the steady waters that have long shaped the Tolong community, your club has remained a constant source of hope, leadership, and service through every generation. To every charter member, past president, alumnus, adviser, and present Rotaractor, thank you for safeguarding a legacy that continues to inspire. Because of your dedication, thirty years has become more than a milestone—it has become a testament to what is possible when generations unite behind one purpose: Service Above Self.

𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭

As we welcome a new Rotary year, we embrace a powerful challenge set by Rotary International — “𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭.” More than a theme, it is a call for every Rotarian and Rotaractor to move beyond temporary acts of service and focus on creating sustainable change that transforms communities, strengthens relationships, and inspires future generations. It reminds us that true service is not measured by what we do today alone, but by the positive difference that continues long after our work is done.

For the passionate leaders of Rotaract District 3860, this theme perfectly reflects who we are and what we have always stood for: 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. District 3860 has consistently empowered changemakers across communities in Visayas and Mindanao, proving that service becomes more powerful when it uplifts others in ways that are sustainable, measurable, and transformative. Every project we launch, every leader we develop, and every life we touch becomes part of a legacy far greater than ourselves.

As we begin this new journey together, may this Rotary year remind us that our mission is not simply to serve for the moment, but to 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞. To every Rotaractor in District 3860: may we continue to lead with courage, serve with purpose, and create change that echoes far beyond our term of service. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫.
