The Rotary Club of Tubigon is celebrating its 18th Induction and Handover Ceremonies—a moment to honor the service of the past and welcome a new year of purpose, fellowship, and commitment.

As we turn the page and embrace Rotary Year 2026–2027: Create Lasting Impact, we look forward to serving our community with renewed hearts and greater purpose.

Every story shared is a seed planted, and every page turned brings a child one step closer to becoming a lifelong reader. 📚❤️

Through Raise the BAR: Be A Reader Project, a monthly storytelling program in partnership with ADDEd: All Deserves to Dream through Education, Rotary Club of Tubigon, and Bookworms for the Philippines, we continue to nurture a love for reading among the learners of Cahayag Elementary School.

Our journey began with the Grade 6 learners on June 26, followed by another meaningful storytelling session with the Grade 5 learners on July 24, 2026.

One story at a time, one child at a time, we are helping build not just better readers—but brighter futures.

We are excited for our storytelling program (raise the BAR: Be A Reader) reading passport.

This project is slowly coming to life. We hope to make this program easily replicated by schools who are now expressing to partner with us. And every partnership comes with commitment and responsibilities, simplified programs that can be easily executed has the hope to thrive.

Because every story begins with a page, every reader begins with a story, and every child deserves the opportunity to dream through education.

📚💙 Unang Lakang: Rotary New Year with Children 💙📚

Every new school year begins with a small step—a child’s first walk through the school gate, a backpack filled with possibilities, and dreams waiting to unfold.

Today at Bunacan Elementary School, the Rotary Club of Tubigon welcomed the new Rotary Year by placing bags and tumblers into the hands of every student. More than school supplies, they are reminders that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, dream, and grow.

May these bags carry not only books, but also courage, curiosity, and aspirations that will one day shape a brighter future.

As we begin Rotary Year 2026–2027: Create Lasting Impact, we reaffirm our commitment to nurturing the next generation through education and community service. Because when we invest in our children, we invest in the future of Tubigon.
