* ALL ITEMS ARE COMING FROM HONG KONG AND SHIPPED TO THE PHILIPPINES.
* ALL ITEMS SOLD IN THIS PLATFORM ARE AUTHENTIC. TERMS and CONDITIONS in Buying:
* 50% down payment on all items.
* Received down payment items will be considered sold.
* Cancelling orders will make your down payment forfeited.
* Buyers will be notified if the item
s already arrived in PH. Failure to pay the balance within 1 week, down payment will be forfeited.
* If we contacted you for many times and you do not reply within the week, down payment will be forfeited. LAYWAY TERMS:
* We offer up to 3 months layaway terms.
* 20% Down payment is required and once you decided not to get the item after giving the 20%, DP will be forfeited.
* Payment SHOULD be within the 3 month terms.
* Pay in any amount as long as you will complete the price within 3 months.
* Due dates are strictly followed. Failure to do so will result to order cancelled and forfeited DP. RETURN, REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICY:
* All items will be thoroughly check before we will release the items. If items has damage, flaws that we did not notice, you can return it to us. Note, we will take a photos of the items to show no damage. If damage or lost happens during the transport or if the damage is done by the buyer (purposely or by accident) seller is not liable.
* For branded bags, if the buyer claims that the item is fake but we need to see a documentation from a license AUTHENTICATOR before we will consider. Please provide photos, document or screen shot of your conversation with the authenticator showing our items just to make you its ours and you really consulted a license authenticator. Authenticating process should be done within 7 days. Failure to do so will not be considered. SHIPPING:
* We need to get a required number of orders first before we can shipped to PH.
* We will notify all the buyers that the shipping is on process.
* Items are shipped from HK to PH. Arrivals of items normally takes 2-3 weeks to arrive on site. We will notify the buyer if there is some delays.
* Local shipping will be shouldered by the buyer. Shipping process will take around 2-3 days depending on the location.
* Sending the items to the buyer will only happen if the item is fully paid.
* We will provide you a tracking number to so you can also check the status of the delivery. All terms and conditions are STRICTLY FOLLOWED. Please double check or even triple check the items you will select or intended to buy because once you've changed your mind on not buying it, transaction will not be completed and down payment will be forfeited.
