#๐๐๐๐๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ฌ | The Bureau of Customs โ Port of Davao, in partnership with the Samahang Mag-Aaral ng Sikolohiyang Filipino (SAMASIKOFIL) of Ateneo de Davao University and the Filipino Advocates for Visual Arts, successfully conducted โPAGKALINGA: An Anti-Gender-Based Violence Community Immersionโ in observance of International Women's Month.
The initiative aimed to provide a therapeutic and supportive platform for reflection and self-expression among women belonging to vulnerable sectors. Through guided activities and community engagement, the program sought to foster empowerment, healing, and awareness on issues related to gender-based violence.
Under the leadership of District Collector Maita S. Acevedo, the Bureau of Customs โ Port of Davao continues to uphold its commitment to Gender and Development (GAD) programs, strengthening initiatives that support and empower women and vulnerable sectors of society.
