Our driver’s Lalamove account was hacked last February 21, 2026 at around 2:00 PM. Unfortunately, Lalamove’s office is closed on weekends, so it was only reported to the Lalamove office at 9:00 AM on Monday, at which time the account was taken down.

There were five bookings made from Saturday, Sunday, and up until Monday morning using different drivers and trucks, while our driver’s app and our vehicle details were being used. One of the victims already came forward, and we were also able to reach out to another victim.

We reported this to the Lalamove office on Monday, and it was also reported to the police and the Cybercrime Division.

Reminder: Please be cautious when booking. Always check if the truck, plate number, and the driver who arrives match the details shown in the app.

Thank you!
