Divella has been producing durum wheat semolina pasta for well over 100 years. Back in 1890 our founder, Francesco Divella, built his first wheat mill in Rutigliano – a small agricultural community at the heart of the vast Apulian plains which has been the best durum wheat growing area in Italy for centuries. Our mills use carefully-selected durum wheat grown and ripened in the warm Apulian sun, t
urning it into the semolina we use to produce all our pasta. In all, we have over 150 shapes of pasta including spaghetti, rigatoni, and lasagne. It is our desire to spread throughout the world what we and our consumers believe to be delicious, top-quality products which contribute to a healthy diet. Divella means the best flavour, the highest quality and the healthiest diet. Our philosophy can be summarized in our constant search for high quality standards which we have been working on for 4 generations by concentrating all our efforts in resources and energy inside our operational locations which include, as well as our pasta factory, our mills and a new industrial premises for the production of biscuits and fresh pasta.
