Lokasyon: Brgy Tunasan, Muntinlupa City, Located in Exclusive Subdivision. Ang Magiging Amo ay nasa Mid 30’s na merong takot sa Diyos at Maunawaan, Meron Silang Bagong silang anak pero may Seperate na Nag aalaga.

Saklaw ng Trabaho:
• Karaniwang gawaing bahay tulad ng paglilinis, paglalaba, at pamamalantsa
•. Paglilinis ng Isang Sasakyan lamang.
• Pagtulong sa paghuhugas ng pinggan, pagtulong sa paghahanda ng pagkain, at pamamalengke o grocery.
• Walang aalagaang bata, matatanda, o alagang hayop ( Merong Ibang nag aalaga na Pinsan ng Amo )

Suweldo at Benepisyo:
• Suweldo: Depende Sa Experience pwde pag usapan.
• Benepisyo:
• SSS
• PhilHealth
• Pag-IBIG
• May Sariling Kwarto, And Sariling CR.
• Libreng, Shampoo, Sabom, Toothpaste
• Libreng Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Karanasan at Kasanayan:
• Karanasan: Merong at Least 5 years experience sa pagiging kasambahay.
• Wika: Marunong makipag-usap gamit ang Tagalog o Taglish.
• Marunong magbasa at magsulat, nakatungtong ng High School.

Edad at Kasarian:
• Babae, edad 30-45 taong gulang

Oras ng Trabaho

• Uri ng Trabaho: Stay-in
• Breakfast : 5:30am - 6:00 am
• Morning work part 1 : 6:00 AM – 9:30 am
• Morning Break time - 9:30: 10:00
•. Morning work part 2 : 10:00 - 12:30pm
• Lunch : 12:30pm :1:00pm
• Rest time : 1:00pm - 2:30pm
• Hapon: 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM
• Dinner : 7:00 - 7:30pm
• Day Off: Dalawang beses sa isang buwan ( 2nd sunday and 4th Sunday of the month )

Sa Araw ng Linggo ( 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of the month ) ay pwdeng sumam sa pag worship kay Jesus.

• Medical Certificate
• Barangay Clearance
• Police Clearance
• Legit na Facebook account at Willing magpa Interview Via Video Call.
• Tatlong (2-3) character references mula sa dating mga employer

Karagdagang Impormasyon:
• Hindi kinakailangan ang marunong magluto, ngunit malaking bentahe kung mayroon.
• Kailangan mapagkakatiwalaan, may maayos na komunikasyon, at malusog ang pangangatawan.

We are looking for an organized Real Estate Assistant to support our real estate team.

The Real Estate Assistant's responsibilities include telephone duties, ordering supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials, documentation, and reports.

To be successful as a Real Estate Assistant you should be highly organized and socially confident. An outstanding Real Estate Assistant should be able to keep the office running smoothly and enable the sales agents to perform efficiently.

REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES

✅Greeting clients such as Seller/ Buyer or Lessor/Lessee, answering the calls and making follow-up calls.

✅Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements if any.

✅Preparing real estate forms and documents
Ordering supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials.

Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.

✅Preparing listing materials and posting property listings.

✅Managing a client database and preparing reports.

✅Performing other duties as assigned.
Facilitate and Prepare, deliver and pick up real estate documents

✅Create, design and distribute real estate brochures if available.

✅Handle advertising of the property online
Obtain information and public records about property for sale.

✅Bank coordination for inquiries and accreditation

✅Developer accreditation and coordination for Project Selling.

✅Document preparations such as agreements, contracts etc.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT

✅Strong literacy and numeracy skills to handle administrative tasks

✅Knowledge of basic computer skills to track and monitor leads and feedback

✅Working knowledge of social media for monitoring and advertising purposes

✅Graphic design experience preferred to create advertisements

✅Administrative, accounting and marketing experience preferred

✅Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time as well as prioritize and manage time efficiently

✅Ability to communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, real estate agents both verbally and in writing.

✅People-oriented, dedicated to customer service, extremely organized and attentive to detail.

✅Ability to work independently but also follow the instruction of lead real estate agents
