Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage a team of Customs Declarants and Documentation Personnel
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation, lodgement, and processing of customs entries
- Serve as the primary escalation point for documentation and customs clearance issues
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide updates on shipment status and concerns
- Monitor team productivity and ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards
- Prepare reports and updates for management
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate solutions with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure departmental KPIs, productivity targets, and client service standards are consistently achieved
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and technical competency
