📍Terms and Conditions:
*Downpayment is Non-refundable but Transferrable.
*50% downpayment is needed for accommodation & van reservation.
*Organizers can reschedule the event due to the following:
- Bad Weather Condition
- Temporary Closure of the Location
- Participants does not reach minimum number (10 pax )
*Participant/s who will back out 3 to 4 days before the event will pay 75% of the total event fee
*Participant/s who will back out 2 days before the event will be considered sold by the joiner who reserve the slot.
