"To the Head of Office of the Senior Citizen Affairs,

I would like to inform you about my formal complain regarding your staff SLEEPING during working hours. Is she fully informed about her job during working hours?

Its not my thing to do such thing like this, but she really caught my attention. I went to your office with my grandmother to claim her OSCA ID, there are lots of people during that time, some of your staffs were disconcerted to assist every clients and i must say they looked restless, but i saw one of your staffs SLEEPING.

I hope she can be professional and productive enough for your office. Your office must provide good customer service to all most especially to senior citizens.

I already reported your staff MARLYN to 8888. Hope she'll be able to learn her lesson.
