Once registered, your unique Customer Code (NX # # # #) will be automatically generated. Please provide this code to your supplier and make sure it is clearly indicated on every parcel, carton, and shipment document.

⚠️ NO CUSTOMER CODE = SHIPMENT WILL BE HELD AT THE WAREHOUSE
Cargo received without a valid NX # # # # code will not be processed until the owner creates an account and provides the correct customer code.

Please be advised that the dimensions and weight stated on the supplier’s packing list are for reference only.

Once your cargo arrives at our NEXUS International Warehouse, our warehouse team will conduct the actual measurement and weighing of the shipment.

📋 SUPPLIER PACKING LIST
• Supplier-declared dimensions
• Supplier-declared gross/net weight
• Used as preliminary shipment information

🏢 NEXUS INTERNATIONAL WAREHOUSE RECORD
• Actual warehouse-measured dimensions
• Actual warehouse-recorded weight

✅ WHICH MEASUREMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED?

For billing and freight computation purposes, the official measurements and weight recorded by our International Warehouse will prevail over the supplier’s packing list.

If there is a significant difference between the supplier’s declared information and our warehouse record, the customer may request:

🚢📦 WHAT IS CBM? — UNDERSTANDING CUBIC METER FOR SEA FREIGHT

When shipping by Sea Freight, cargo is commonly measured by CBM (Cubic Meter), which represents the amount of space your shipment occupies.

📐 HOW TO CALCULATE CBM

If measurements are in meters:

Length × Width × Height = CBM

📦 EXAMPLE:
1.0 m × 1.0 m × 1.0 m = 1 CBM

If measurements are in centimeters:

Length × Width × Height ÷ 1,000,000 = CBM

⚖️ IMPORTANT WEIGHT LIMIT

At NEXUS Logistics:

1 CBM = Maximum 475 KG

This means cargo measuring 1 CBM may weigh up to 475 KG under the applicable sea-freight arrangement.

📌 Example:
Cargo Volume: 1 CBM
Cargo Weight: 400 KG
✅ Within the 475 KG maximum

Cargo Volume: 1 CBM
Cargo Weight: 500 KG
⚠️ Exceeds the 475 KG per CBM weight limit and may be subject to a different computation or additional charges.

💡 REMEMBER:
Sea freight is affected by both the space occupied by your cargo and its total weight. Always provide accurate carton dimensions and weights when requesting a quotation.
