ATENEO BOx OFFICIAL EXECUTIVE BOARD 2026-2027 🎉

The Ateneo BOx COMELEC ‘26 proudly presents the official Executive Board for AY 2026-2027, composed of officers elected and appointed through the Regular Elections, Special Elections, and Appointment Period.

This announcement marks the culmination of the organization’s electoral process in accordance with the 2025 Constitution of the Ateneo BOx and the Code of Electoral Procedures. The COMELEC extends its gratitude to all members for their active participation and support throughout each phase of the elections.

ATENEO BOx EXECUTIVE BOARD APPOINTMENT 2026-2027 🎉

The Ateneo BOx COMELEC ’26 officially announces the appointment of the Vice President for Organizational Strategies and Research for AY 2026-2027.

In line with Section 7(3) of the Code of Electoral Procedures, the application for appointment was opened following the Special Elections to fill vacancies arising from abstinence votes or absence of candidates.

The COMELEC, outgoing EB, and incoming EB extends its appreciation to all Ateneo BOx members for their continued participation and support throughout this year’s electoral process.

ATENEO BOx EXECUTIVE BOARD APPOINTMENT 2026-2027 🎉

The Ateneo BOx COMELEC ’26 officially announces the appointment of the Vice President for Membership Affairs and the Vice President for Training and Development for AY 2026-2027.

Meanwhile, the position of Vice President for Organizational Strategies and Research remains unfilled. Eligible members are encouraged to submit their applications to complete the Executive Board lineup for the term ahead. Interested applicants may submit their applications through bit.ly/BOxProvApps26 and sign up for individual consultations through bit.ly/BOxProvApps26ICs.

In line with Section 7(3) of the Code of Electoral Procedures, vacancies arising from abstinence votes or absence of candidates will be jointly appointed by the outgoing and incoming Executive Boards to ensure complete leadership for the year.

Following the special elections, the Ateneo BOx COMELEC ’26 announces the opening of appointments for unfilled Executive Board positions for AY 2026–2027.

In line with Section 7(3) of the Code of Electoral Procedures, vacancies arising from abstinence votes or absence of candidates will be jointly appointed by the outgoing and incoming Executive Boards to ensure complete leadership for the term ahead.

The COMELEC extends its appreciation to all members for their continued participation and support throughout this year’s electoral process.

After the special elections voting period, the Ateneo BOx COMELEC '26 proudly presents the newly elected officers of the Ateneo BOx for the year 2026-2027!

Additionally, the COMELEC announces the overrule of Section 7(3) of the Code of Electoral Procedures, in consideration of BOx’s transition timeline and preparations for the upcoming academic year.

The EB-elect 2627 and commissioners extend their congratulations to the newly elected officers and wish them a meaningful and productive term ahead.

We also extend our sincere gratitude to all members who participated in this year’s special electoral process.

📢 Official List of Candidates for the BOx 2627 Executive Board Special Elections

The Ateneo BOx COMELEC officially presents the certified list of candidates for the BOx 2627 Executive Board Special Elections.

With the close of the provisional application period and completion of the prescribed requirements, the following candidates have been deemed eligible to stand for election.

Voting is officially open from July 6-9, 2026. Eligible voters are encouraged to cast their votes responsibly and in accordance with the prescribed election procedures.

There is one day remaining to complete and submit all requirements for the BOx 2627 Executive Board Provisional Applications.

Application Requirements:
• Fully accomplished Certificate of Candidacy (COC)
• Signed Full Disclosure Agreement (FDA) form
• Online Copy of Grades
• Individual Consultation (IC) facilitated by one EB member with COMELEC oversight

Applicants are reminded to submit their accomplished application forms through bit.ly/BOxProvApps26 and complete their Individual Consultation (IC) through bit.ly/BOxProvApps26ICs on or before July 5, 2026.

📢 BOx 2627 EB 2627 Provisional Applications are now open!

Pursuant to Article IV, Section 5 of the 2025 Constitution, the Ateneo BOx COMELEC, in coordination with the EB 2526 and EB-elect 2627, is opening Provisional Applications to fill remaining Executive Board positions:

• Vice President for Design and Documentations
• Vice President for External Affairs
• Vice President for Membership Affairs
• Vice President for Organization Strategies and Research
• Vice President for Training and Development
• Chief Finance Officer

Application Requirements:
• Fully accomplished Certificate of Candidacy (COC)
• Signed Full Disclosure Agreement (FDA) form
• Online Copy of Grades
• Individual Consultation (IC) facilitated by one EB member with COMELEC oversight

Submit your application through bit.ly/BOxProvApps26, then schedule your IC within the same week through bit.ly/BOxProvApps26ICs. All requirements must be completed by July 5, 2026 (Sunday).

Voting will be held from July 6-9, 2026, participated in by the EB and eligible BOx members. Elected candidates will be announced following official canvassing and validation of results.
