✅Available Positions:
☀️2 Housekeeping/Receptionist (Preferably One Female & One Male)
(The role receptionist is teachable and easy to learn — perfect for someone willing to be trained and grow with the team)
Responsibilities (As Housekeeping/Receptionist)
* Clean and maintain all casas, T&B (toilet & bath), and common areas of the resort
* Change linens and replenish room supplies regularly
* Ensure all rooms are neat, sanitized, and guest-ready at all times
* Monitor and manage inventory of toiletries, ice, beverages, and souvenirs
* Perform laundry duties as needed
* Greet guests warmly and assist them courteously at all times
* Report any damages, losses, or maintenance issues immediately
* Coordinate with the Manager regarding bookings and guest concerns
* Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with registration, and ensure proper wristband issuance
* Facilitate guest check-in by accurately recording guest names and relevant details
* Record and summarize daily sales and expenses with accuracy and completeness
* Coordinate with the resort team on all watersports activities, including proper waiver facilitation and documentation
Qualifications:
* Residing in Samal Island (Willing to stay in)
* Physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining cleanliness and comfort for guests
* With experience for at-least 6months or more in related to Hotel/Resort industry.
* Trustworthy and hardworking
* Willing to work on weekends and holidays
* Friendly, Presentable, and with good communication skills
Flexible Role: Focused on a primary responsibility, with the ability to support other areas when needed.
