✨ "The struggle you are in today is evolving the strength you need for tomorrow." This is Masood Ahmad Khan, Founder, and Chairman of Pak Youth Force, Pak Youth Welfare Wing, and AK Tours and Travels and this is my anecdote. In 2016, I launched Pak Youth Force on my own two feet as difficult roads are lead by a sole person. At that time, it was merely a Twitter team bound to portray the positive i
mage of Pakistan throughout the world through hashtags. But it was not ample for me as I aimed to empower the youth of Pakistan. I aimed at taking the youth of Pakistan to new heights by polishing their skills, developing leadership qualities in them, empowering women, and providing earning opportunities along with learning That was the start of my work on the ground level. I was devoid of a group force but I never forgot that EAGLES FLY ALONE. My goodwill and dedication for working for Pakistan became my team and Allah's help became my biggest strength. Little drops of water make the mighty ocean and that was the beginning of my working from ground level. We conducted three mega projects on Youth Empowerment in Islamabad, Faisalabad, and Rawalpindi. This caravan continued its travel and finally, Pak Youth Force emerged as the Largest non-profitable and sole registered organization of Pakistan and I was the root of this motive. Besides empowering the youth, the spirit of serving humanity was like a splashing sea inside me. The prevailing conditions of COVID-19 and Lock down affected many of our fellows last year. Everyone was attempting to support others according to their will. I furthermore took the initiative to stand for the needy. With no resources, but with a heart full of zeal to help others and a spirit not to give up I became their support. With the will of Allah, we distributed ration among 350 less privileged families worth Rs. 6.5 lac in 13 cities of Pakistan in 2020 and this struggle is resumed and in 2k21. We have distributed ration among more than 200 families this year and I've initiated a project named "Iftar Dastarkhwan" since 15 Ramadan to feed more than 200 people every Iftar and it will continue until the end of Ramadan. That became the basis of the formation of the Pak Youth Welfare Wing. Pak Youth Welfare Wing is founded on serving society. The parents who can't afford to get their girls married due to lack of resources are helped with dowry by this platform. It provides medication to the patients, food to the hungry, and clothing to the poor. It was yet an intention of mine that my volunteers Earn and Learn at the same time. So, it leads to the foundation of Pak Youth Travels. It has two main objectives,
To promote tourism in Pakistan
To provide earning chance by getting profit share to those volunteers who submit registrations for the tours
In very little time, I raised three strong pillars named PYF, PYWW, and AK Tours and Travels to serve Pakistan. And now, PYF is Pakistan's largest youth web working in more than 18 cities of Pakistan. I faced many problems in this journey including character assassination, criticism from opponents, and rivalry of my fellows but I remained steadfast. I strongly believe that,
"You will never reach your destination if you stop and throw stones at every dog that barks." Despite all of the troubles, I persisted steadfastly as Smooth seas do not make skillful sailors. My agenda was to serve humanity, work for the welfare of people, and empower youth and Allah has granted me all the respect as the outcome of this. I am thankful for my struggle because, without it, I would not have stumbled across my strength.
