Service Advisory – Emergency Surcharge

Dear Valued Customer,

Due to the current volatility in airline operations, capacity constraints and the ongoing disruption affecting international air cargo movements, airlines have implemented additional emergency-related charges across several sectors. As a result, an Emergency Surcharge will be applicable on shipments to the following destinations:

UAE: USD 1.25 per kg
Canada: USD 1.75 per kg
USA: USD 1.75 per kg
United Kingdom: USD 0.60 per kg
Europe: USD 1.00 per kg

Applicable from today, 05 March 2026 until further notice, the Emergency Surcharge will be applied.

These charges are being introduced due to the ongoing instability in airline capacity and operational risks currently affecting international air transport. Airlines are frequently revising their cargo rates and providing rates with very limited validity, which is directly impacting the overall cost of transportation.

SkyNet Worldwide Express continues to make every effort to maintain service continuity and minimize disruptions for our valued customers. However, due to the current situation, the implementation of this surcharge has become unavoidable.

Important Notice – Rates Subject to Daily Change

Dear Valued Customer,

Due to the ongoing war situation in the region, there is increasing congestion and blockage across major routes. Flight operations have become limited, and fuel supply shortages are also affecting logistics operations worldwide.

Because of this uncertain situation, shipping rates are currently unstable. Therefore, the rate applicable will be the rate on the day your shipment is dispatched. Please note that previous rates and some services have been temporarily suspended until the situation stabilizes.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time. This situation is challenging for us as well, but APX Logistics is making every possible effort to continue providing you with reliable service despite these difficulties.
