Major Responsibilities & Deliverable's
Primary support in reception and clerical duties
Undertake daily banking, receipting and reconciliation functions
Creating or corresponding to communications, completing forms or documentation.
Maintain accurate records and data entry.
Communicate and collaborate with management.
Maintain database records.
Anticipating, maintaining and ordering stock supplies.
Assisting with client enquirie's.
Understand and assist with all aspects of real-estate such as selling, leasing and buying.
Performing comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
Advertising available properties and conducting property tours.
Screening prospective tenants, assisting in the completion of lease applications, informing prospective tenants and landlords of outcomes, pre and post property occupancy inspections and liaising with tenants to address and resolve their questions and concerns.
Forwarding cheques and necessary documents to landlords and/or real estate companies for payments received on their behalf.
Accepting rental payments, security deposits, and other applicable fees.
Investigate clients’ financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing.
Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
Ensuring a positive working relationship with owners, developers, and clients, while briefing the reporting manager promptly on any significant issues arising from those contacts.
Inspect condition of premises and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.
